• Communication/confirmation with vendors week of the wedding

• Rehearsal coordination (on-site or off-site)

• Full day wedding coordination services up to 10 hours

• Vendor management: coordinator acts as the primary point of contact for all vendors, ensuring they arrive on time, set up correctly, and follow the timeline
