Our coordination package is designed for couples who have handled most of the planning but want professional support to ensure everything runs smoothly—starting approximately three months out from the wedding and including full day-of coordination on the big day.

From vendor communication and timeline management to hands-on support during your wedding, we step in to take over the final details so you can fully relax and enjoy your celebration. Your planner will attend all final vendor calls, coordinate logistics, and act as the main point of contact for everyone involved, ensuring your vision is brought to life seamlessly.

On the day of your wedding, your planner will be behind the scenes managing the timeline, guiding vendors, and handling any issues that may arise—so you don’t have to. The goal of this package is simple: to relieve you of stress so you can be fully present and enjoy your wedding day without having to worry about logistics or last-minute details.
