We were approaching the one month mark on our wedding date and quickly realized we were over our heads and needed coordinating help — fast.
With a 275+ guest count, over 10 separate vendors and special coordinating for family members with accessibility needs, there was just no way we were going to be able to pull this off in the way we visioned.
Enter Emily. From our first consultation call, she got us in great shape — designing the timeline and prioritizing action items directly with our vendors. Her constant communication and updates let us know everything was on track, checking boxes we didn’t even know we needed!
But most of all, Emily’s calm and collaborative nature made the day of go as smooth as possible. We didn’t have to worry about a thing because Em had it, once again two steps ahead. We were truly able to soak in the day, being present with our family and friends and not have anything to stress about. Something I will be forever grateful for.

Planning a wedding while adjusting to life as a new mom felt overwhelming at times, but then there’s Emily, who swooped in and made everything so much easier, smoother, and way less stressful. I honestly don’t know how I would’ve gotten through it without her.
